Here is the lovely box that arrived yesterday (a real treat, after a tough week back to work)
And what kind of treasure will we find in the chest?
Oh, this is going to be good~ love, love Baby Alpaca

Aren't the colors wonderful? All my favorites & soft to boot.
Look at this cunning little devise~ I must find out how to do that!
There are even some pretty beads to lend a surprise sparkle (but I'll have to be careful to put it away up high- my feline daughters are very interested)

Thank you so very much, Rita; you did a lovely job, especially as a relative newbie :-)

That's really gorgeous. I love the colors and the box too. You are lucky!
What a lovely scarf, it looks very very soft. :)
I really like the crossover - Rita you have to tell us how you did it, it would be perfect for some people I knit for that don't like having scarves bunched up around their neck!
A beautiful scarf!
I've just returned from a weekend enjoying a visit with my daughter and checked in to find all these lovely comments about the scarf I made. I, too, received my scarf and am thrilled with it -- will post later. The "keyhole" is made by slipping every other stitch onto a holder, knit for 2 inches, go back and attaching another source of yarn, knit the remaining stitches for 2 inches and then knit the next row rejoining the two sections by knitting every other stitch onto one needle.
I have to go unpack -- more from me later.
